Pick Up Stix is a well-known Asian-style fast food restaurant famous for its freshness. Most Asian restaurants have vegan options since there are many different dishes that are naturally vegan. Luckily, Pick Up Stix also offers a few tofu-based dishes that are vegan or can be made vegan. Furthermore, there are several plant-based appetizers and side dishes.
What are the vegan options at Pick Up Stix?
While I wouldn’t say that Pick Up Stix is the best place for vegans, still you won’t starve to death there if you are a dedicated plant-based eater. Here is the list of every potentially vegan option:

Luckily, there are many different vegan options at Pick up Stix, from appetizers to main dishes. In my opinion, these are the best vegan items at Pick Up Stix:
Edamame
The young green soybean is one of my favorite appetizers. If it is available, it is a must-have. Healthy, crispy, and tasty—do we need more?
Vegetable Spring Rolls
Many places use eggs for spring rolls, but Pick Up Stix isn’t one of them. So, Pick Up Stix’s vegetable spring rolls are vegan, which is a pleasant surprise. They are great on their own, but they can be even better with one of the vegan dipping sauces. However, Panda Express’s Vegetable spring rolls are more exciting, in my opinion.
Firecracker tofu
At Pick Up Stix, there is a very basic but vegan entreés. It consists of golden crispy tofu with a spicy and sweet sauce with sticky rice. It is an excellent choice for dinner or lunch.
House Special Tofu
If you don’t like spicy things, then you should go with House Special Tofu. It is a special sweetish dish with caramelized sauce of white wine, garlic, soy, and green onion.
Vegan Sauces at Pick Up Stix
Pick Up Stix has many exciting vegan sauces, such as Firecracker Sauce, House Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, and dipping sauces. So, if you want something different, you can spice up the main dishes.
How does Pick Up Stix look as a vegan?
Most of the Asian-styled restaurants have vegan options since there are many dishes – including tofu – that are traditionally vegan or at least vegetarian. Luckily, Pick Up Stix offers various vegan items naturally, without any modifications. You can choose between three vegan appetizers, such as edamame or vegetable spring rolls, and you can have many different main dishes, such as Firecracker tofu or house tofu. The only lacking part is the desserts since there are no vegan desserts at Pick Up Stix, just like at Pei Wei.
