I'm taking part in the upcoming HELVI Expo just before Christmas this year in Surabaya, Java, Indonesia
HELVI stands for Healthy, Environment, Lifestyle, Vegan Indonesia.
Taking place at the Exhibition Hall, Grand City in Surabaya on Friday 21 - Monday 24 December.
Friday 21 December
The Opening Ceremony starts at 17:00
I will be giving a Why I'm Vegan talk from 18:30 as part of a panel with Dr Susianto & Yeong Pui Chuan
Saturday 22 December
Various speakers and performances throughout the day including a tempeh demo where over 100 dishes of tempeh will be made and the longest tempeh (100m) made to create a new world record for MURI (Museum Rekor Dunia Indonesia.)
Sunday 23 December
I will be giving a food demo from 11:00 to show the locals how to make my Cherry Shortbread, vegan cheese sauce, and my raw banana ice cream.
Monday 24 December
I will be giving a Vegan & Compassion talk from 18:00 as part of a panel with Gobind Vasdhev.
