I have many how-to videos on the VLV! YouTube channel, two of them show how to make dairy milk alternatives using cruelty-free, plant ingredients - plus not harming any cows in the making. I have raw Almond milk as well as Soy milk videos that I hope you enjoy.
Both of these recipes and videos are oh so easy to make!
Soy Milk
You need: soaked soy beans, filtered water, food processor or blender and muslin cloth.
Blend the ingredients together.
Use the muslin cloth to separate the milk and the pulp - which you can use in a soup, salad or pattie.
Bring to the Boil.
After cooling, blend again if needed.
Soy Milk can be kept in the fridge for 3 days - add salt if you liked the taste of cow's milk
You can also add agave, vanilla, dates, cacao, chocolate, fruit etc for added flavour
Almond Milk - Raw
You need: soaked almonds, filtered water, food processor or blender and muslin cloth.
Blend the ingredients together.
Use the muslin cloth to separate the milk and the pulp - which you can use in a soup, salad or pattie.
Blend again if needed
You can also add agave, vanilla, dates, cacao, chocolate, fruit etc for added flavour

There's also Interviews, Information, and my Talks from all over the world.
