Heal Yourself to Heal the World

It is no secret that the Earth is having to deal with a lot at the moment. Sadly at the moment has been going on for some time. However, it tends to be removed or minimised throughout the media so public awareness is only as good as each individual’s research.
As such, given that more awareness has been brought into this area, or rather it is too blatant to not recognise that the Earth is getting to the point of having had enough. With the threats of nuclear war, the constant natural disasters and the rampage of violence upon humans across the globe all contribute to a massive affect on the Earth and the vibration of the Earth. Whilst some send out group healing and others send love across the globe, the sad fact of the matter is that this isn’t enough. This can never be enough.
The reason for this is because whilst healing is being sent and love is being sent each person is doing very little to walk their own talk; many are simply resorting to quick fixes rather than doing proper healing or looking at what is really going on within themselves and seeking glory as opposed to simply being honest. This is compounded with the decrease of integrity and respect for each other and within each person. Energetically speaking this has severe and significant affects on the overall; on the Earth and on the environment, the ambience of society, culturally and collectively.
The irony is that to make a difference; to help the Earth, to help the animals, plants and living creatures from the torture they face daily is extremely simple. It is committing to healing oneself prior to healing the world.
This reason is so fundamental and so logical, perhaps it is for this reason that it has been completely overlooked.
There is what is called the Collective. It is what deems that each life force within this plane is connected, from plants, animals, humans, Earth and so forth. However, the key to being part of the Collective is to connect to oneself first which then enables connection to the Collective. Without this it is like plugging in the lamp without a light bulb. That is what distant healing does by those that are not connected to themselves. Sadly, it isn't as many as one may hope. Most, as mentioned, look for quick fixes for issues that have been going on most of their lives and lack the commitment to see it through to be of benefit to themselves and to the rest of the Collective i.e. to the Earth.
To make a real difference; to help the Earth and to start stopping these horrific situations it must start from within. It must start from the basics of being connected to then be able to connect. It is then that distant healing has power; it is then that sending love will have a punch and it is then that the Earth will be able to respond.
It is very easy to give advice; it is very easy to say that a person is doing their part by taking holidays in a third world country but not actually participating in themselves or their lives. This will never remove the fact that without the light bulb from within, without this necessary source all else will continue all around oblivious to individual efforts.
Heal yourself from within, enable the connection to yourself to understand the power of your own energy as well as experiencing the sensation of connecting to something greater than yourself. It is then that every thought, every feeling will take affect in a way that was never thought possible. Together a huge difference can be made but it must, and always will, start from within yourself.
Heal yourself as it only then that the world can be healed.
